I know how good NSCers are at voting on polls and getting the right outcome, please can you spare a couple of minutes to vote for the restoration of Shoreham Fort project
I don't usually do these 'spam type' emails but a friend of mine is involved with The Friends of Shoreham Fort.
They are a fabulous group of volunteers who have worked and are working so hard to restore the historic fort site to it's original state.
The guy heading it all has been involved for the past 15 years and English Heritage have given him an official capacity down there now which is fantastic.
I know some of you aren't local but I wanted to ask you all a favour.
Will you please, please, please register your vote via the link below. This is for a £6000 cash input and will help them sooooo much. Not only are they fighting with nature and erosion, they are fighting against vandals who have not only damaged their restoration work but have also stolen 3 generators for the site which is obviously hampering their progress now.
