can someone help me with the chat room. doesn't seem to be working here. i click on log in having typed me name but then it says

"error connecting. please try again.
logging in.please wait.........."

and stays like that for ages. we have a really quick connection here faster than broadband so why taking so long? i want to play with everyone!!
