Apologies about my selection BB, bit of a cheap effort, was at Heathrow this morning and finally got to see a paper at 10 minutes to the first race, so just picked an out and out fav! not something I would normally do! Feel like I have cheated!

Same for me, sorry. Picking blind the day before knowing I wouldn't see the paper this morning.

I'm going to get in early.....

3.50 Exeter.....Well Hello There...................and I predict that will be number 4,000. The 4/1 on offer at the moment will be smashed to pieces if he lands one of his first two rides. Which I think he will in the first...Same track as he rode winner number 1. Some cynics might say that's been the plan for a few weeks???

McCoy rode his first winner of his career on the Jim Bolger trained 'Legal Steps', in a flat race at Thurles racecourse in Ireland, on 26 March 1992 at the age of 17.

Only quoting what I heard on the radio earlier. Maybe it was his first as a apprentice, or his first as a pro. Knowing talk sport they probably got it wrong and it wasn't his first at all, but that's what they said....Just looked it up, he rode his first winner of his carer in England at Exeter, I suppose that's what they meant.

His first winner in England was at Exeter on 7th September 1994 on Chickabiddy.

Lol, got there in the end. Yep not the first of his carer, but the first of his carer in England. Clear as mud. Anyway heres to him reaching 4000 tomorrow with my nap, hopefully. Might take the 4/1 now, because if that is the one he needs for 4000 I reckon it will go down to evens or even odds on.
