I think Alex Neil is a good manager who maybe presided over Norwich at the wrong time. I can see him doing quite well in his next job.

The new director of football they are getting from Huddersfield looking to appoint Uwe Rosler as the new Norwich Manager (currently at Fleetwood).
Apparently that is who Huddersfield were looking at when David Wagner was linked to Bundesliga return at Xmas.
