Just had a call from a close associate who is within the BHA lower management levels (Youth team level). Take it with a pinch of salt if you must. Three clubs have tabled bids for Elliott Bennett today. One Premiership, One Championship, One League One. He told me the League One club was Southampton. He wouldnt confirm the Premiership or Championship clubs but did say Norwich were not involved. All current bids have been re-buffed.
