Really going for it aren't they? Lots of transfer activity already.

Good news if they sign him, could mean they lose interest in Bennett.

Bloody hell, don't do that to me - when the NSC front page came up all I could see was 'Norwich £3.5m bid for' and assumed the worst!

Does look like they are targetting Championship players, which might mean a certain League One winger is no longer on their radar.

Lambert likes to get his signings made early apparently, no strong rumours about Bennett bodes well imo

were is it documented that Norwich have shown any interest in Bennett since January. They are a prem side now, not championship and would they risk Bennett? I dont think so. They have moved on to other targets

Norwich are having talks with Morrison (Millwall) so like you said seems Lambert is taking players from the championship, all untested in the prem.

It does cheer me up somewhat to see teams Like Millwall and Watford losing Morrison and Graham....

If anyone was to offer £3.5m for EB then I would drive him there myself!! IF he goes, and its a big IF, it will be under £1m shirley.

Cant see Norwich taking a punt on EB now. Unproven at Champ level, let a lone Premiership.

Gus back in the country today, hopefully get the ball rolling transfer-wise.

Presumably this could lead to Holt or Jackson becoming surplus to requirements. I know we were in for Jackson once before.

The Championship.
What are Leeds playing at? Not being funny but as much as I love Benno I would take a 3.5m bid straight away if it were him, luckily it isn't though. Leeds should just accept the bid then just buy more players and they could walk the league next season

This could prove very smart by Norwich.

Last season the bought all the best League 1/2 talent to get out of the Championship.

Now they are looking to buy all the best Championship/League 1 talent (CMS) to make a prem squad.

I image half the logic is that they are all familiar of each other and there is a natural link within the squad and the abilities/wages.

I also imagine that on the pessimistic side they are thinking that if they ARE relegated they at least have the cream of the crop to take on the Championship the season after.

Looks like Danny Graham is off to Swansea for £3m according to the BBC, so reduces our chances of signing Buckley.
