I’m sorry to ask this again (third mention in a couple of seasons) but please can you ask whoever is responsible to sort out hygiene and basic food safety? None of the staff wear gloves and the old guy serving never wears protective clothing and usually is in an open necked shirt. I’ve watched him pick spilt chips off the counter and put them back in the serving pan and at the game last night he surpassed himself by feeding himself chips, one by one, bare hands, from the server between customers. Absolutely unacceptable and the whole operation would be shut down if the public health people were inspecting. I’m no longer prepared to purchase any food there. At the Charlton away game all the food venues outside the ground were run by impeccably attired staff, the food was cheaper and the quality better, so it can be done.
