Anyone know what happened during the 2nd half, saw st johns ambulance go down there then the stewards diverted others away to exit near disabled toilets

Was the lady who sits next to me taken ill. Only a case of the pukes after she had eaten something. We were all pleased to see her return in the 2nd half with a bottle of water and enjoy the game.
