How on earth is he deemed a bit of a tit for a tragic accident he had no part in? Its a bit like holding Fiona Bruce to account for reporting deaths on 'her show' aka The News? Don't like the guy by all means but that's unfair. BTW, his 'weird rants' were when he was mentally ill, he nearly committed suicide.

I totally agree, as I was reading through the thread I was thinking, it's hardly fair to make him guilty on a show he presented, it's not like he is responsible for the production team who put all the stunts together etc.

Personally, I neither like or dislike him, I remember him well from Swap shop days and stuff like that which was good enough in it's day I guess.
