It's becoming more and more obvious to me that no one is going to come to us on loan...........'cos of alleged off field problems and that we are doomed..flogging and dead horse are words that come to mind......lose against Leicester on Saturday and I personally think the season is over.........no new stadium,no money,no chance of survival!
:(

Look on the bright side - when we stay up we will be playing Portshite (going down), Scummers (will also survive by the skin of their teeth) and Palarse (They won't get through the first round of the play-offs)

and anyway - we love us!!!!!

Seven statements in there, and each one is 'le drivel'.

South West France? Home to more spooks legends and wierdo tales than Lewes. You haven't got the collywobbles from the leftovers of the Albugensian Crusades at Rennes-le-Chateau have you?

:lolol:

Things ain't looking great at the moment, definitely. However, there is no-one better we could have in charge than Mcghee, we have tried to sign players so clearly we do have a bit of money - what we need are players willing to come to the club and scrap to stay up.

Still the most important thing is survival - thanks to B & A we are still in the situation of having to compete with both hands tied behind our back and doing a pretty good job of it.

Let's look at the positives - new ground WILL come, we have players capable of getting us safe, we have the right people in charge, the club has no significant debt (i think).

Beat leicester and crewe this month and the table will look a lot better. And anyway, in the Championship or League One, we'll still be wearing blue and white, still play home games in Brighton.

In short, the glass is half FULL!!!!

Now cheer up you miserable git!

Bit early for the suicide bid just yet mate.
The fact is we have a mid table side with a number of excellent prospects coming through, a vibrant youth team and a squad that play to their strengths

Unfortunately, we also have a Div2 strikeforce, which is why we are in the bottom three.

The fact is for the first time in years, if not ever, we have a youth policy that is paying dividends. If we can somehow hold our own until Falmer, we are going to be in the best position this club has ever been in.

Even in the old Division One days, we brought virtuallly no one through the youth system, all our success came from shrewd buys Wardy, Lawrenson, Grealish, Horton etc were all brought in.

2008/09 God willing. We have Falmer, revenue from 23,000 supporters. Catering/Hospitiallity money, sponsorship. A feelgood factor, a transfer budget and a significant number of youth team products already in the 1st team, with others pushing for a place.

The present maybe someone elses, but the future could be fantastic and the Albion's. Premiership anyone?

yes I'd come home if I were you that defeatest attitude is catching.

I feel shit when this is going on but as I have said before in other threads we have been in worse problems than this and got away with it.

and even if the worse happens you can wake up in the morning and still not be a palarse supporter.
