I thought Reading offered him less but better bonuses? Can anyone clarify? If I am right, then Brighton would have been on that list.

Surely the Peterborough one is slightly misleading? £2k per week, but doesn't Barry Fry own Peterborough, or a major part of?

Yep he owns the club now,

No wonder Eriksson doesn't seem interested in Chelsea, £200,000 a month, sweeet !!

Coppell was on around £140k a year with us.

First (rejected!) offer from Readung was £150k a year, but then he rang his mate Pardew up and found out he'd been on around £200k a year at Readung.

So Madejski upped the offer to £210,000 which Coppout grabbed like a drowning man.

What with the compensation to DK (which I suspect just about paid out the remainder of Coppout's BHA contract) I wouldn't think that Readung have much cash left from the Pardew compensation that they got fromn West Ham.

And to think none of this would have happened had West Ham won their last game of last season...............

with the peterboro thing, arent they in a lot of debt.

nice to see the owner helping them out by making himself the 16th (or 17th lost count:jester: ) highest paid manager in the country when his team is doing shit in the 2nd division!!
