The Norwegian U-21s lead Israel 2-0. UEFA gave the first Norwegian goalscorer as Bjordal but the Norewegian FA have credited it to Runar Espejord. Then Norway were awarded a penalty (for a foul on Bjordal, according to the Norwegian FA).
