Then It wouldn't be a viable site. Read the letter, costs cannot be over expensive. The club have to have the money to build it for it to be a viable alternative site. Stop worrying man. Just another 6 months or so and we'll all have a nice xmas present of a stadium.

Why would the new Stadium cost loads more money elsewhere?
with the exception of Shoreham, all the sites are empty and ready to be built on.
