Can't believe I'm going to say this but kenny Jackett is a good, honest manager.

This. Also echo above saying Hodgson, Keith Hill and McDermott.

And I know all the rumours about his extra curricular activity and this goes against all usual opinion on this board but I had some dealings with Alan Pardew a few years ago when he manager of Southampton and he was a really nice bloke! The women in my office loved him and even christened him 'The Silver Fox'!

Completely disagree with Redknapp though. I always think he's a bit of a twat, just a media friendly twat. I think the way he treated Darren Bent when he was at Spurs said it all about Redknapp, he virtually bullied him out of the club. He upset quite a few people at Pompey in his time there also.

Harry Redknapp. Always very affable and down to earth. Always addresses the journalists by their name as well which not many managers do. His transfer deadline day window wound down interviews are always entertaining as well. Whilst maybe this approach may not be everyones cup of tea at least he is always accessable and aloof unlike some other managers.

Is this sarcastic?

Perhaps it is just because I don't like a----h---- as some of them undoubtedly are, but Tony Mowbray seems to me like a decent sort of guy who is not up his own a--- , like many others.

At the risk of being flamed, Dougie Freedman seems a pretty reasonable sort of guy as he has never ever reverted to abuse of other clubs or individual players. Though he naff's me off, I respect Ollie for what he has done but going to palarse, who knows ?

The other major candidates, I don't have much argument against.

McDermott for sure seems a lovely chap. I would like a cup of tea with him.
