Give it to Klinsmann. Half the team are Spurs anyway and he's a Spurs legend, he could teach Rashford so much too.

With a decent number 2 he wouldn't be a bad option.

The one black mark over him is his time at Munich.

The FA should at least talk to bielsa, considering Spurs/City/Pool use part, if not all of his ideals and system

Klinsmann and Neville for me.

Neville had a very good reputation as a coach and would give some stability to the players. Klinsmann was a great player and has proven he can be a good international manager

Dont think the FA would want to lose face by bringing back Gary Neville, and the same goes for Glenn Hoddle.
