If he'd leave today, I'd put my money on Kjetil Knutsen.

Thats the one I'd reckon too.

Would have maybe been Felipe Mazzu if he hadnt gone to Anderlecht, or Steve Cooper if he hadnt been promoted.

Nathan Jones is too limited and Liam Rosenior is too inexperienced.

No chance he'd leave Brentford for us. We're only slightly further ahead on basically the same trajectory and Benham would put the blockers on.

Same scenario as Potter here - bigger club, more money, better squad

Bootroom culture needed.

Bruno as head coach
Calde, Lallana and Rosenior as assistants.
Roberts retained if at all possible
Stevie Sidwell in Bruno's current job

Probably a good job i'm not running the club, but as i'm writing it, i'm loving the look of it

Potter.

If he takes the Chelsea job, they will probably sack him in 3 weeks, then we could re-appoint him after the international break!

Bruno has nowhere near the knowledge or experience to take on this role, we need to look beyond the romance of it all, I'd say we also need to realise that any "big" manager won't be attracted by our "project". Let's get Pat from Palace, if nothing else but to wind them up.

I thought this was a joke thread!

Can we change the title to 'succession planning discussion' Bozza
