I was born in the Newport area & I couldn't make out the majority of their songs

The only one I clocked was the stupid (bar stewards) you should have gone up one...

Give em their dues though, a good turn out for a school night

A school night? Does Wales have an alternative term system?

Newport have been singing this for years. They are a decent bunch of away fans having been in their end myself at the play-off semi-final last season. Very welcoming, the "You're just a sh!t Barry Island" chant was actually invented by myself at Blundell Park in relation to Cleethorpes and it appears they've taken it in good measure. Hope they do well this season.

"Where's Gus Poyet gone?" and "Sacked in the morning" are chants I am sure the AMEX will hear more of this year
