Kayal getting outnumbered in midfield. Sidwell had a good game at Derby but was off the pace at Reading - and again today.

In certain away games last season Hughton played only one wide player and played a more counter attacking style. At some stage I'd like to see a Kayal / Stephens / Norwood axis to tighten things up.
