2-0 down at Anfield, 3 points behind still. Probably need 6 points?

Remaining Fixtures.
Newcastle v Middlesbrough,
Newcastle v Fulham,
Aston Villa v Newcastle,

Just think, MK Dons could be playing Newcastle in the League, next season.

nine points very much available. recon middlesborough arew down and would like to see hull stay up but them or sunderland are most likely other candidates. most likey go down to the last day between those 3

Can't really see where Newcastle's next point is coming from. Haven't they only scored once in five matches since Shearer showed up. Stats for the Liverpool game suggested they managed 1 shot in the whole match...and that was off target. Ha ha ha ha.

I see Shearer as being the new Harry Redknapp (albeit one who doesn't look like somebody's set about his face with the back of a shovel).

When he wins, he'll grab all the credit. When he loses, he'll always find someone else to blame. All the signs are there already, coupled with 50,000 gullible Geordie fools who want so badly to believe in him they'll forgive him anything, even relegation.

Sounds like what a lot of people here thought about Micky Adams. They wanked so much over him for most of this season they made themselves blind. Even after he was sacked they were still moaning about it. Luckily these people have found someone new to jerk off over in Russell Slade.
