yeah I heard about this from my sister in NZ. Farmers are in uproar because they own thousands and thousands of cattle and the tax is per head of cattle. Supposedly damaging the o zone and all.
Makes you feel a bit sheepish when other countries go to such extreme lengths and we dont even stop factories belching shit out.
