New Season Ticket Showing As PEND?!

On my purchase history when I changed my son's and my season tickets to Upper East the status was showing as PEND (even tho paid in full) and it's still the same when I checked this evening . Any idea why his might be? cheers.

Not 100% sure but I think the PEND status means they haven't issued the ticket yet, as in posted it out to you.

Yes, mines the same. I was told some time in July they will be spending a day or two sending them out. Shouldn't be too long! :thumbup:
