How is it that the LDC/Nimby PR lie machine is so fast with their spin? That beach chalet brawler, Thug Neighbour, was spewing out his football hatred just after getting Ms Kelly's letter. Martin Perry took a long time to reply.

He hadn't received the letter until after Lewes' press release came out.

Surely that is bad practice from a govt department to let one side receive an important letter a day earlier.
Of course LDC will argue vehemently in favour of Sheepcote now but will be 100% against a stadium there if they persuade Kelly to de-rail Falmer.

If, in the final outcome Ruth Kelly said " I agree with Falmer and refuse permission as I consider Sheepcote or wherever a better site."

Would the labour controlled council of Brighton and Hove be duty bound to allow planning permission or do we start all over again with appeals, public enquiries etc.

All we want is a Stadium in or near to Brighton, I do not personally care where it is I will still get there.

Falmer would be ideal for me for travelling, or on or near Victoria Industrial Estate in Burgess Hill .

No, and they have repeatedly said the site wouldn't gain planning permission.
