The new Nike kits were unveiled on July 3rd in both 2014 and 2015.

No. The last kit launch two years ago was around mid July time, and I fancy this one will be too.

It depends on what you mean by a launch. In 2014 it was unveiled on July 3rd , but not on sale until July 24th

Maybe they have bought the launch forward now england are out of the euros
The unveiling is due in the next few days, and the first friendly on Jul 16th v Crawley will see its first run out with it on sale in time for the Lazio friendly at end of month. The publicity shots/campaign/films for it will have been done this week as the players have returned for pre-season.
(if anything like the last two years)
