I think the answers to those are fairly obvious though. It wasn't ready to announce the travel plans because it was still finalising the details of the new system. Unprofessional of B&H buses to make the announcement unilaterally considering the amount of work Albion puts their way.

As for reviewing transport plans earlier, the higher capacity was only in place for the final few games wasn't it? It would have been foolish to make major transport decisions based on outdated numbers.

Why shouldn't the bus company have announced the changes when they did or are you suggesting the club had cancelled the contract with them before putting a replacement plan in place! - not very professional if that was the case.

I still don't understand why a review of the transport system couldn't have been started before the end of last season - PB gave the reasons for the review as, "more complaints about these services last year than any other aspect of the transport system", "we were receiving complaints as often the buses were full", "The service also created artificial park and ride sites" and "complaints from local traders who were impacted on match days".

Are you really suggesting that those factors only became apparent after the stadium capacity was increased!!
