It opened on Tuesday.

Not to the public yet. The club still has to sort out an access on matchdays which doesn't include going through Dick's bar with children, and some of the volunteers who will be manning it, have yet to be trained.
It won't be long now, as it is complete.

Not quite sure how that will work. Presumably (by definition) most of the people already using Dicks are people who don't have kids or don't bring them to matches with them (unless they leave the kids outside while they're drinking....). So, unless these people switch to the new bar (why would they?) the congestion will remain much the same in Dicks bar. The main difference the new bar will make will be to reduce slightly the numbers drinking on the councourses and/or enable some people who didn't drink after the match because they have kids, to do so.
