I was fortunate enough to have quite a long chat with Ken Brown recently and he seems like a really decent bloke, who was genuinely interested in what we were talking about. That said, I left unsure quite what he adds to the party, a bit lightweight in the ideas department.

Ken Brown is a complete croney (sic) of Dick Knight. The man has no PR skills and is stuck in the past.

that's part of the problem - KB seems to have built no links with the average fan since he joined, so how can he find out what makes us buy tickets and what puts us off?

I've never spoken to him despite being a North Stand STH, match and player sponsor, and away match regular. All Albion fans know who MP, DK and DC are, have heard them speak and have probably had the opportunity to speak to them. Ray Bloom is more reserved but we are happy for his family to keep propping up the club.

Spoke to him on the phone and he seems like a very nice guy. But not exactly PR man of the year is he.
