I see in the Argus Wilkins has been looking to add to his bacroom/training staff......as he's had a week free of fixtures,why hasn't he added to the squad?
Unless we do I'm afraid that the young players are not going to do it.
After last Saturday's abysmal showing we are crying out for a right back(to release Harty) a battling midfielder who won't go missing and dare I say a striker with some experience....
While we're at it may as well get a decent manager,'cos at the moment we play and talk like a county league side.....no offence meant.

With Hinsh's return that should sort out the right back issue for the moment, move El-Abd to right back, Hinsh at centre back, Hart on the right of midfield and Loft back to doing Gully duties pre-match and at half time.

Perhaps getting another pair of hands in to help with coaching may give DW time to actually go and look at some new players.

I think its a bit early for that yet. Probably next season. Could be Ray Wilkins?
