If we had all white or all blue we'd have to have both. If we played away to any one in all blue or white we wouldn't wear the stripes, so we'd have to wear the other colour. I was dubious about the black kit at first but now quite like it. Not too fussed whether we get a new 3rd or not, but it'd be good to know.

Although, if we don't have a 3rd, what will we wear @ Notts County? Blue & White stripes, or all black? Surely they'd both clash...

Braders, Braders, Braders ... what can I say.

Your new avatar !!!

A couple of years ago I had this almighty obsession with the wonderful Louise Redknapp (nee Nurding). I just couldn't get enough of her, pictures everywhere. It became obvious enough that people at work would cut out and give me any pictures of her that they found. One of our clients was EMI Virgin, and one of our directors got me a signed photo from her !!!

I changed jobs, and just kept my obsession under wraps, and slowly - with the help of counselling (okay, that's a lie!) - managed to get over this, and put her to the back of my mind.

Now you do this with your avatar, and it all start flooding back.

Ahh, Louise.

Why does it take us so long to get new shirts on sale? Most clubs have their shirts ready for the pre-season friendlies if not the summer.

We never had three kits in the past until last season, maybe its a requirement of div one to have three kits or something

That is correct.

We have always had three kits in case of colour clashes, but the third kit has always been the training kit and was never marketed to fans until last season, when we had to have an official third kit.

We thought we would have to use the training kit (red) in our last season in the second division for the Notts County game (because we had blue/white and black/red stripes and they were black/white stripes). But they then changed to prominent Black with only a pin white stripe which was sufficiently different from our blue/white to avoid a clash.

I don;t know if there will be an 'official' third kit this season - but there will certainly be an unofficial one again, should there be any occasions when both blue/white stripes and plain black clash with the opposition.

We should stick to the stripes whenever possible and have a simple yellow kit for away. Anything other than that is only designed to generate income from the fans rather than distinguish between the teams on the pitch. :glare:

WOW. She's hardly famous now, perhaps I could buy if off them. May take some explaining to the wife though.
