I could have done with one of those a few years back when I was trying for a teaspoon of jizz for a doctor.
There I was in an oak panelled surgery in Harley Street, with the doctor and Mrs Chopper waiting outside, and I was frantically pulling my pud with a copy of the doctors razzle on his desk and a plastic cup in one hand.
Tricky to maintain an even stroke , I was in there for ages.
