Despite my stance in agreeing on the USA laws to ban internet gambling I can confidently predict I will never ever visit that country again (only been once).

Sign up if you have no intention of never going there.

Signed, but only as long as the chimp remains in the White House and they keep gassing/hanging/electrocuting people...oh and imprisoning them without trial in Guantanamo Bay.

Can't agree.

Been 3 times. Enjoyed my visits.

Anyone considering going to the US, go to CANADA instead. Wonderful people, fantastic country, awesome sense of space. Plus they think that their near neighbours are a bunch of dicks too

Want to go there (well, New York anyway_ - but only for the hell of it - See the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, September 11 memorial etc...

Can't imagine it's really worth seeing over and over again - surely a couple of times is enough?

There are two Americas: the one you get shoved in your face by George W and his backing band of nutters, and the one where the normal people live.

San Francisco, New York and Chicago are all fantastic cities that can only enrich the lives of anyone who visits them. Not been to Seattle or Boston, but from what I've heard, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt too.

Sadly, my next port of call in the States is Kentucky, which I'm reliably informed is as shitty and red-necked as you'd expect it to be, only worse.

Probably wont go to New York again as Lennox Lewis has retired so wont be at Maddison Square Garden but will go to Las Vegas again soon as I want to take my wife. It is impossible to do justice to it in conversation it has to be seen to be believed.

I love the place, So different eveywhere you go - looking forward to that leg the most of this trip - Go to the west coast national parks and the north states - you cant beat some of the views from the train as you enter Canada by train.

Faced with living in this grey damp little island with its three weeks of blue skies per year or the USA I'm sure most sane people would choose the USA but each to their own I guess.

:p
