Nearly a third of the way through the season and any improvement yet?

In fact we have now started to go backwards.
The last two performances have been so inept, that you have to conclude that this is a trend likely to continue.
We have already lost 5 at home ( 4 against very ordinary teams ) and are facing our worst home record in a season, in history. ( RS = " I want to make Withdean into a fortress " )
We have the worst disciplinary record in all 4 divisions and look set to create another all time record in that departrment.
Players are regularly making mistakes and costing us points and games.
We have no consistency, no pattern and no confidence.
We are a million miles from knowing our best side ( we have a different one on the pitch each game )
We are a long way from being the fittest team in the division.
We are now in the bottom four and its hard to see us climbing out, this side of Christmas.
Can any fan truthfully say that the management team have not made a series of tactical and selectorial mistakes.
I look for signs of improvement, I see none.

There is improvement in the performances from last season. I don't think anyone can deny that, but its clearly no way near enough.

As I've said before, there have been a lot of changes to the club since the summer but there are still 2 common factors that remain from last season and that is White and Booker. But even if they were to be replaced, would it be enough ?
I'm starting to think no, and that the real problem is that we have a manager that just isn't good enough.

I totally agree that yesterdays performance was terrible. Even the Gillingham game, although some people say it was our best performance yet, if the Gills had taken their chances, it would have been a draw to another shit team and another slagging off.

Serious changes need to happen and soon. And it has to start from the top, (Manager) and include DW and BB too !

We are a million miles from knowing our best side ( we have a different one on the pitch each game ) I think the problem isn't knowing our best side, it's having our best side available
We are now in the bottom four and its hard to see us climbing out, this side of Christmas. We're top of the bottom four. There's two months 'til christmas, it's easy to see us climbing out of the bottom four.
I look for signs of improvement, I see none. Barring the last two games, there have been improvements, especially in general performance, just need improvement on specific areas
