I love the way moggy skirts around the actual issue here.
It’s an ANPR car park so you enter then pay the amount whatever the machine says when you leave.
but we paid what the machine said, got in the car and left. No more than 1 minute after paying
so I just paid what the machine said to pay when leaving
Whilst all the time we're asking how much should it have been. So obviously it should have been more than the machine asked for. But then the question is 'can you override the machine' and say 'heh it should be £3', and then pay more. I expect not so no problem.
Also the picture will show a time of leaving, does your bank statement show a time less than 15 minutes before then?
