Well, inspired by this thread, I decided to make my own cheese. Simple.
Or so I thought...
After having invested well over £34 on a press, pan, thermometer etc from Ebay and various charity shops, and watched hundreds of hours of Youtube tutorials, here are the results...

It took 20 minutes to chop through it. Some things are best left to the experts I reckon
