Simon is a top bloke (supporter of REMF, organiser of 5-a-sides and creator of a great site and predictions league) who always makes NSC-ers welcome without a trace of bitterness on his site whenever NSC goes down.

I for one don't care if he publicises his site on here. It's the least we can do in return and it doesn't affect NSC hits or income, as far as I know. Be charitable Bozza.

The lack of any smilies makes me think that unlike my post, your tounge is not in your cheek there.

This is an Albion fans forum, and not 'your' site bozza (your words, not mine).

I have never attempted to pretend that my site is anything other than what it is.

When I first started brightonfans.com, yes, I did publicise it, but I had put in a lot of work on it and it is a lot more than just a message board anyway as you know.

I am part of NSC as much as I am part of my own site.
We took the flag to Peterborough.
I play for the NSC side.
Whenever NSC goes down, my site is always there to help spread the load.

Board Wars? They only exist in the minds of certain individuals.

One minute you complain about costs and bandwidth and the overloading and the next you begrudge another, IMHO, good Albion site from even mentioning itself on what is a fans forum.

I apologise for the mistake of posting a link which i cut and pasted from my own forum. It was an affiliate link as you say, and for that, I am humbly sorry.

That you expressly describe it as a fans forum and NOT your site.

Thats why I am questioning why you suddenly start sounding as if it is your site.


Look, Bozza, I genuinely don't want to get involved in any bickering, but just once or twice it would be nice if you acknowledged the contributions of the fans that make this place what it is.

I'll tell you what...........I bloody well appreciate and admire the efforts you put in, and always have. You have done brilliantly keeping NSC as the best footbal message board in the country.

I mean, look at the opposition fans that flock here.
They would rather be here than on their own boards!

I know of no other message board that even comes close.
