Not sure if anyone else has seen this, and I have reported to the club just now.

I received the e-mail to let me know about the MyAlbion+ renewal date etc.

So I clicked on the find out more button and it took me to what looks like a ticketing page on the club website.
Once you see the error, you cannot unsee it!!!
