Last season, I got a notepad and a pack of seed sticks. This season, I got a large beach towel. What an upgrade! Perfect timing as I’m off on my holidays on Monday and will proudly display it on my lounger.

I am now in the group who ticked the ‘plant 5 trees in Ecuador’ box but still received a towel anyway. We both did. It may be frustrating not to have got the towel, but I can tell you there is also stress associated with having 2 towels you didn’t ask for
