My father died 5 years ago, and like a lot of others, he took me to my first Albion game. I was fine during the funeral until during the eulogy, the vicar mentioned the fact that despite all his other interests, dad still found time to take his two boys to the football. At that point I kinda lost it.

Deepest sympathy to you and your family

My dad took me to see Brighton vs Soton at the Goldstone in the 80s, and got me hooked. I've been going ever since. My dad doesn't attend much these days, but at 67, at least has a chance of seeing the new stadium (god I hope so).

Now that I have become a father of twin boys, I am hoping to be able to take them with my dad to a shiny new stadium at Falmer, that will be an amazing experience for me. I just hope it happens.

My condolances to all those who have suffered their loss.
