Stinky Kat, what makes you think we CAN afford to do any more than we are currently doing to try and stay in this division?

Are you SURE that the income from Ipswich / Spurs isn't the difference between paying the salaries this month or not? Perhaps we honestly didn't know where on Earth the money woyuld come from for the additional legal arguments required for the 2 additional sites.

Suddenly bills that simply couldn't be paid and would leave us in serious danger of administration, are now able to be paid.

I don't understand why you think suggesting we try to stay in this division is any different to the wants and desires of the current board. If we could offer MM any more money, don't you think we would be doing it?

Well I guess you don't, but please explain why.

[I'm hoping you avoid all the boring trash of "Dick Tight won't spend the money" crap.]

A non-sell out crowd of just 6,000 at Withdean can easily be justified in terms of matters not relating to the playing squad. People have come to realise what a shit-hole it is, and how desparate we are to move out of it. Any away fans who have already been are EXTREMELY reluctant to come again because they know how awful it is. The NIMBY argument about whether we need a 22,000 stadium doesn't come into it, because Prescott has ACCEPTED the need for a a stadium with that capacity.

If, at the Public Inquiry, anyone says 'well, the Albion can have 14,000 at Withdean...' then, one, no we can't, there are access issues, and two, the inspector would say 'no, you NIMBY dickhead, this Inquiry is to discuss a 22,000 stadium, not a 14,000 stadium.'

Not to mention that Rotherham returned about 500 tickets on the Friday. :shootself
