Murray's girlfriend

I remember reading either from club site or Argus that when Murray put in his second transfer request, it was because his girlfriend had not settled in Brighton and had returned north with their baby.

In all the "will he, won't he" contract discussions on here I haven't heard anyone mention this dosmestic issue. Has anything changed? Surely this is likely to be crucial to his decision?

Imo Murray is the only striker we have at moment who would hold his own in the championship. That said Wood played there with WBA and is getting better all the time.

3 - his child lives in carlisle and he drives up there on a suitable weekend to see them.
