Mumford and Sons at the Dome tonight

Going to see them tonight and really looking forward to it. Anyone else?

Has anyone been to the dome when they are doing e-tickets? Does this slow getting in down. I much prefer having a proper ticket but I have an email with a barcode which lets me and the missus in which seems to me like it could cause chaos, just wondering if I need to get there early tonight?

You have to go to a side office, not the front entrance, they then give you paper tickets to get through the front entrace if I remember rightly from last time.

It didn't take very long to get in, though. You might want to give it a bit of time.

Complete chaos. Anarchy even. At least 50% of people with e-tickets at the Dome miss the performance.

Most gigs at bigger venues are entry via barcode these days regardless of whether you have a "proper" ticket or an e-ticket.

Takes about the same amount of time as it does for someone to tear a ticket stub off.

Guessing it's to stop dodgy door staff re-selling used ticket stubs to touts, something they've done for years. That and so the ticket companies can charge people for the privilege of printing their own tickets.

I should like these guys. I like Country Rock, I like Folk but I cannot get to grips with them at all. So many great bands never made the big time but these guys who seem to have limited talent are "hot". Am I missing something?
