A bit of research? 99.99% of the time there is no way anyone would lie about something like this. A club of PRESON's size you could probably round that to 99.999999999%.

They're not going to ask for medical records if somebody tells them they have terminal cancer. Because most (sane) people wouldn't even dream of lying about something like that.
