I'm feeling partticularly Smug tonight....
Is it because i have the most wonderful, beautiful wife in the world? No, she has been mine for years and hopefully always will be.
Is it because i have 2 wonderful kids that can do no wrong in my eyes? no, they are my kids, this is just.
Is it because my pre-season accy of Chelsea-win, QPR-promo, BHA-promo, Crawley-win, Rangers-win, Pompey-relegated is looking particularly good right now? no, something is bound to f*** that up between now and May.
The reason I am feeling so smug right now Ladies is Gents, is that i cannot recall the last time i felt this good about the Albion. Falmer and Gus aside it just feels good right now.
Solid at the back with a (first choice) keeper and our captain on the sidelines. An abundance of Solidity and creativeness in the middle of the park. Wide players that most teams in the league are jealous of. A front line with bags of potential to take us right to the top.
I say all this because, in my opinion we have not been firing on all 4 yet, not shown our full potential, could do way better..... yet we are joint top! have played 3 of our hardest away games of the season and our strikers havent even got going yet!
I am a long time Albion fan and am well used to false dawns, this time though i really feel it is for real!
