If you watch Granada Plus, ALL the ads are for re-financing your life. Is everyone in Manchester completely skint? Do they not appreciate how to spend LESS than you actually have in life.

Half these people in the ads in dire financial trouble have houses the size of Derbyshire. Sell them, for God's sake.

The other half live in the Barratt self-build Lego jobs. Wise investement. That's their lives knackered.:shootself

“Hello Motto” at the start and end of the adverts during ITV films.

1. 'In space there is no up or down' You What? You telling me Shaving is like being in space? Which bright spark sat around in a meeting and said 'Gillete Mark 3 - I've an idea, lets compare it walking on the moon, lets get that Armstrong charactor involved. Rubbish.

But if you look closely, at the end of the ad the girl has a pony tail which points straight down. So clearly there is up and down in space. Twats!

The new ad for Gap with Madonna and Missy Elliott is sickening. Those two don't need the money and Gap are paying their sweatshop workers peanuts.

The St. Ives "Appp-ricot" Scrubs Daily Facial ad.

"Those liiiiiitle scrubbers." Bitch.

I could give her a daily facial with much the same result.

Another one which made me want to smash the TV in was the "zoom, zoom, zoom" ads. Don't even remember which car it was for - always the mark of a truly successful marketing campaign. :shootself

An irritating song from back in the eighties was Meowmix, or something.

Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow-Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow etc...

And anything with that freaking 'Howard' from the halifax adverts is just annoying. Animated or otherwise.

Then there's the sanitary towels adverts. Is there really any need? Do I care how smooth an applicator Tampax has nowadays?

Whatever your preference. I know some people who'd prefer 'em rougher.

And what's with the blue colouring in tampon ads? Why always blue? Am I missing something here? If it's a decency thing then why do shit roll ads get no colouring whatsoever?

With you on the annoying Micra adverts where they invent words, why not just tell the truth about the car, it's small, cheap, looks like a bubble and only suitable for a dwarf with no sense of style to drive. In fact why not try to invent some more words to describe it:

Creative + Happy = Crappy
Bodacious + Inspiring = Boring
Buy + a + different + car = Don't buy a Nissan

Saw the 118 ad with all the kids in yesterday, that was funny, especially the poor little lad wandering around on his own near the end.

I can't stand that one with the man and woman in the car - talking about saving pennies on car insurance so he can buy her cheap flowers - think its DirectLine advert.
Aaargh - switch over quick...

I hate the advert on Talksport that seems to be on every 5 mins about Ford vans.
The twat telling Tiff the waitress that they dont pay service charges.
