I'm going to see 'Switchblade Romance' tonight at the Cambridge Film Festival, supposed to be the goriest sickening film. So will probably say it will be that.

A film I did see recently that made me feel angry and sick was all about this family in the states accused of child molesting 'At Home with the ...' can't remember what the rest of film title was.

The Frozen Dead - A low budget British film. Mad scientist keeps a live head in a box that looks like an oven.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - disgusting

Dawn of the Dead (recent remake) - fantastic but made me sweat.

Shivers - Low budget Canadian film about things that look like turds invading your body.

OK switchblade romance is pretty grim. Circular saw and occupants of a car, get the jist? Although quite gory it was a fantastic film, very tense!!

There was a film about circus freak acts that turn n their 'masters' that had been banned for years that was horrific, can't remember the name.

As a child I was freaked out by 'Play Misty For Me' particularly when the cleaner gets slashed to bits.

Any film depiction of rapes is really disturbing and 'The Accused' and 'Last Exit To Brooklyn' feature 2 particularly nasty scenes.

Having said that emotionally maniputaltive weepies like 'Beaches' and 'Stepmom' take the medium to new levels of unpleasantness.
