or following on from that are women that have been going for a while and shouting things that they've heard other people shout such as "CLOSE HIM DOWN! CLOSE HIM DOWN!"

Ive heard women shout things like this when a player steps up for a penalty. Another one i heard was "Stand him up" but this was when a player was lying injured. Dont think they have really grasped the terminology too well.

No, I just thought that the only person who could EASILY kick the chair in front of you was you. Unless maybe the person in front of you kicks the chair in front of him/her...? Or they are in front of you and FACING you (and therefore not watching the football) and kicking it, in which case that would be quite intimidating I would imagine...
