I think that practice such as this, preying on the intellectually challenged should be banned. What was even more shocking was that there was no health warning attached to it.

Surely this is exploitation of the financially less well off ?

I mean, how on earth can the average Palarse fan earn enough to be able to buy a house ! It's unfair to raise their hopes that high isn't it ?

ignoring the fixed costs and anykind of mathematical accuracy for the moment (app fee, arithmetic etc.) the difference between the 'C****** P******' rate and the 2 yr disc is 1.27% - 2 yrs season ticket to Selhurst starting next season = value of, say £ 30 (bothered to be arsed to go to 2 bad div two games next season followed by 2 bad div 3 games the season after - the third year of the deal is irrelevant 'cause you'll be able to see Eastbourne Borough in the conference by then - so just the one game - and you'd be in the away end at Selhurst anyway)

therefore break even on the loan amount to make the deal worth while is about £12K

altogether now

This is appalling.

You would be much better off talking to me at Albion Mortgages.

We are fully independent Mortgage Brokers and all NSC contributors will get a good deal on the fees and costs.

Despite the company name, I'm not connected in any way with the club, just in case you were wondering.

:clap2:

Why didn't you tell me that last week before I had the survey done

Apart from being a lifelong supporter, sponsoring a player and advertising in the programme that is.

Seriously, if you want to talk about Mortgages or life assurance, call me, send a PM or submit a query through the website.

Don't be silly, mortgage lenders only lend a maximum of 2.5 x annual income, and no Crystal Palarse fans are intelligent enough to earn as much as £ 4,800 p.a.

And they won't lend you anything if you're on income support.

( Not that I'd be prepared to buy a house in Shitehurst for £ 12 K, you'd have to give me a few hundred thou' as a sweetener before I'd go as far as Purley, never mind Croydump ).

Has anyone sent this to Simon Jordan. I understand he's looking to buy a substantial freehold proerty in SE25 in need of extensive modernisation with about 20,000 seats and a nice lawn. He'll need a beneficial rate.
