yet another big game decided by a totally shit ref, were do they find them, they can't even get the obvious decisions right.
as for ITV's commentators what a couple of complete tossers. can't wait for the final, chelsea will absolutely crush them it will be a joy to see that clown james keep picking the ball out of the net. if he is england's number 1 then we might as well cancel the flight to south africa now, most overrated goal keeper in the history of the modern game...

Have pompeys players suddenley turned in to non league players ?

Or are they struggling to get food to feed their families ?

NO.

They beat Spurs. Hardly Wimbledon beating Liverpool in 1988

One of the greatest myths in football is that Wimbledon beating Liverpool in 88 was one of the greatest shocks of all time. Sure Liverpool were hot favourites, but that season Wimbledon had finished in the top 10 in the same league as Liverpool and they had also beaten Liverpool in the league.......it ranks alongside that other myth 'Dennis Laws backheal relegated Man U when he played for Man City'.......

However poor the ref was - and I think most people who saw it agree Spurs had a perfectly good goal ruled out - for Spurs not to convert any of the umpteen chances they had means they only really have themselves to blame.

thats nice, trying to pour cold water on the best stories of football. i think you rather forget where Wimbledon came from, they werent even professional 10years before. it was a shock they even got to the top flight in the first place.
