More gullable muppets wanted for buy-to-let investment

The guy behind Inside Track and Instant Access Properties, both of which went bust earlier this year owing millions to their victims, has started up a new venture:

To be honest why people feel the need to go through a company like this in the first place is beyond me when it is so easy to buy and let properties these days.

It's like that scam a good few years back where people invested in new properties somewhere in Spain. They where told to put 50% down. They where also told that it would be on Television as ITV where going to film the building of the properties for a new television series.

Of course the properties never materialized, and the money dissapeard.

You have got to be so careful.
