Goalkeeper Charlie Wilson-Papps (our U-15 academy player who signed from AFC Wimbledon last December) is in the Australia U-16 squad for the Hohhot Tournament in China. Their first match is against Vietnam tomorrow.

Goalkeeper Charlie Wilson-Papps (our U-15 academy player who signed from AFC Wimbledon last December) is in the Australia U-16 squad for the Hohhot Tournament in China. Their first match is against Vietnam tomorrow.

Charlie Wilson-Papps started as the Aussies beat Vietnam 2-1.

They face Saudi Arabia on Friday.

Charlie Wilson-Papps once again started for the Australian U-16s as they beat Saudi Arabia 2-1 in their second fixture in China. They face the hosts on Sunday.

Charlie Wilson-Papps also started the final Australia U-16s fixture on Sunday when they lost 5-2 to hosts China (seems a bit odd to take three goalkeepers to a friendly tournament - and have the same one start all three matches).
