whats more important now then, money for the sky game which we didnt have to play on afriday night against leeds or points on the board this is the real issue. The club took the money to many big games in ashort space of time players were f***ed, and now ipswich. 4games in 10 days ,this could be the most important of the lot feel we need to get some sort of result to boost confidence .Our squad is small you only have to look at the back of the match program to see this and that includes our injured players. to much tv is starting to f*** our season up already . cant blame the players on this one?? f*** 275.000 id rather beat the palace scum

The game being played on Friday was nothing to do with Sky. The game had to be moved because of an event at the University on the Saturday. Sky just happened to then pick the game up.

Playing on the Friday actually gave our players a day longer to prepare than Palace, who last played on Saturday. Palace also had a midweek Cup game last week.

Erm, I'm not entirely sure what point you are trying to make. If anything, the fact that we played Leeds on a Friday night should have worked in our favour last night given the extra days rest.

Firstly the Leeds game wasn't moved due to sky, secondly, what difference would it have made if it had been on Saturday?

It would have still been 3 games in six days, with an extra day's rest before Leeds, but one less rest day before Palace.

Has the cup run affected our season?

August - Played 7 Won 6 Drew 1 Lost 0 For 12 Against 4
September - Played 5 Won 1 Drew 1 Lost 3 For 6 Against 9

It was rumoured that the BBC was going to televise this game with a midday Sunday kick off until Sky waded in.

the university event is the hull game which is now 5.30 kickoff due to open day and the car parks will already be full

No , everyone at first assumed the game had been moved on police advice but then it transpired the Uni needed the parking spaces on the Saturday. The Hull game is affected by another Uni event.

I blame the international break – stopped us in our stride and allowed our opponents to do their homework
*clutching at straws*

I blame the unseasonally warm temperatures and an unfavourable juxtaposition of the Moon and Uranus.
